First, congratulations on your engagement! This is an exciting time for you. Planning a wedding should be fun and stressfree. Hiring a wedding planner can help you relax and enjoy your engagement. We can also help you pick a venue and find your vendors for your big day but that's not all. We are your valuable source of resources and assistance to get you through the wedding planning process.
What is the difference between a Wedding Planner and a Wedding Coordinator?
A wedding planner is there from the beginning to help you plan your wedding from start to finish. We help you find the perfect venue and assist you in selecting all your wedding professionals that fit your style and budget.
If the venue has a Venue Coordinator, do I still need a Wedding Planner?
That is a good question. The venue coordinator works for the venue and their job is to coordinate their staff and the needs of the venue. The wedding planner works for you. Their responsibilites are to assist with all your planning needs such as contract negotiations, vendor management and taking care of all the minor details.
What if I don't see a planning package that I want. Can you create a package just for me?
Of course! We can always customize one of our packages to best suit your needs.
How early should couples start planning their wedding?
Anywhere from 9-12 months from the wedding date, is a good time to start planning. You don't want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed. I recommend you hire your wedding planner/coordinator as soon as possible. Dates fill quickly and you want to be sure that you sign your contract and secure your date.
Why should a couple hire a wedding coordinator?
Even if you have planned every detail of your wedding, hiring a coordinator for your wedding day is an investment to make sure you and your guest can truly enjoy your wedding day. You don't want to have family and guests helping out on the wedding day. You want them to be able to enjoy the day just as much as you will. Wedding coordinators are experienced professionals that will give you peace of mind that everything will run smoothly on your big day.
