Event Essentials
Linens - Fabric & Color Design
We have a large selection of fabrics and colors. We offer affordable, quality tablecloth rentals for the local area. Please order your linens at least 3 weeks (or more) prior to your event to assure that we will have your choices in stock.
Guest Table Service Package
We can provide glasses, plates and flatware for your guest tables and we offer several individual packages for this service. Our charger plates come in gold and silver.
Vases
We have a variety of vases in clear, gold, silver and black.
Delivery Service
We will deliver the rentals to you for a delivery fee. Round trip service includes delivery on Friday or Saturday and pickup on Monday during business hours.
Reservations
We look forward to serving your rental needs. The items you request are reserved upon receipt of a signed rental contract and a 50% deposit. The balance is due prior to delivery as indicated on the invoice that we will provide.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. In certain cases having a credit card on file is required.
Damage Waiver
A 10% damage waiver is added to most rental contracts and covers accidental damage from normal usage. The damage waiver does not cover the shortage, loss of items or damage due to an improper or abusive use of items.
Setup and Take down
Use Simply Elegant Events Rentals because we will deliver satisfaction. We provide set up and take down service for your event for an additional cost. During our planning process, we will work with you to arrange all details prior to the event so you have one less worry on the day of your event.
